Me: Yes, please. My name is Laura Zakarauskaitė. Please tell him there`s a meeting tommorow at eleven o`clock.
Dovilė: Certainly, sir.
Me: Excuse me, there is one more thing. I would like to speak to Mrs. Jane Williams in room 48.
Dovilė: One second please, I`ll connect you. I`m sorry, there`s no answer from room 48.
Me: Ohh...So maybe Could you connect me with Mrs. Lane in room 469, please?
Dovilė: There is no problem, have a nice day.
Me: Thank you.

Situation 2

Dovilė: Good afternoon. I would like to talk with Hotels Superior Reservations Manager, please call me back on 0778 938471 to Mrs. Dovilė Ramanauskaitė.
Me: Good afternoon, Hotels Superior Reservations Manager. How can I help you, Mrs. Dovile Ramanauskaite?
Dovilė: Hello, thank you for recolling me. Could I speak to Mr. Marcello Benito in room 571, please?
Me: Just one moment, and I`ll conect you. I`m sorry, there`s no answer from room 571. Can I take a message for you or you would like to call back later?
Dovilė: I will call back later.
Me: Certainly, sir.
Dovilė: Excuse me, there is one more thing. I would like to speak with Mrs. Franklin in room 18.
