Dealing with requests

Situation 1

Brigita: Excuse me, my room is very noisy. Could I move to a quieter one?
Me: Yes, of course. I`ll send a porter to help you change rooms right away.
Brigita: Can I have breakfast in my room?
Me: Sure, we`ll send you a room service up in the morning.
Brigita: Can you send a bottle of gin and some tonic up to room 488, please?
Me: I`ll send someone up right away.
Brigita: Could I have more clean towels in the bathroom?
Me: Yes, madam. We`ll call to housekeeping and we will arrange it.
Brigita: This soup isn`t hot enough.
Me: I`m sorry, we will replace it.

Situation 2

Brigita: Excuse me, there is no red wine in my room`s minibar.
Me: Yes, of course, I`ll send it up immediately.
Brigita: Excuse me, people in the next room are very noisy.
Me: Certainly, we will ask them to be quiet.
Brigita: Can I order a newspaper?
Me: Of course, you can. We`ll deliver it to your room before 8 a.m.
Brigita: Excuse me, are there any messages for me in reception?
Me: One moment, please and I`ll check for you.
Brigita: I`d like to find out what the cost of taxi to airport is.
Me: One moment, madam, and I`ll call to taxi office and find it out.
